FACING YOUR CHALLENGES
As 2020 opens up ahead there will inevitably be challenges to face which if we prepare ourselves for, we are more likely to not just survive but succeed in overcoming them.
So lets begin.
First of all ….What are your goals, direction and plan…this should be in alignment with your values and what you want your life to look like.
Visualising the successful outcome of this will increase your likelihood of success and organise your conscious and unconscious mind toward it.
SO WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES ?
Business or Professional growth ? Wellbeing ? Family life ?
No matter what the actual challenge is, its how you think about it that really matters.
- self doubt…can I do this ?
- feeling that the challenges ahead are scary….because you’ve never done this before.
- the struggle to ‘stick to it’ when you are tired or disillusioned….or feeling alone.
WHAT DO YOU WANT INSTEAD ?
- Believe you can achieve your goals
- Step out of your comfort zone bravely and with confidence
- Be motivated to succeed
- Create Self Belief (Deal with False Beliefs!!)
The way you think of yourself affects your ability to face life’s challenges. If you believe that you cant then you are more likely to stop trying or give up
On the other hand if you believed that you CAN that you are CAPABLE, STRONG and RESILIENT you will keep trying until you prove your beliefs true…..YES ?
So when you get those pesky self doubts ….stop, challenge their truth, affirm your abilities, practice sounding your own horn.
You are so much more capable than you realise
- Comfort Zone Vs Safety Zone
Its ok to feel Vulnerable and uncomfortable ….its actually a sign that you are growing.
So the next time you feel that discomfort ask yourself…is this actually dangerous or am I capable of so much more.
- Sticking to it
Take action or take new action
Taking action is key to pushing past the fear and creating a change in your subconscious patterning.
Your are a flexible and resilient person who can respond to and learn from any situation. No matter what happens ..Look for the solution
And importantly, Surround yourself with amazing people who will support you, understand you, motivate and inspire you.
False Beliefs; stop, challenge, affirm, practice
Comfort Zone – ask yourself…is this actually dangerous or am I capable of so much more
Take Action – no matter what happens look for the solution
